State of the Commonwealth Address, 2008

description

Each year, Virginia's governor issues a "State of the Commonwealth" address that is similar to the President's "State of the Union" address. In his 2008 speech, Governor Timothy Kaine outlines important projects, legislation, and growth opportunities in Virginia. A close reading of the State of the Commonwealth address shows what the Virginia government does throughout the year, and what the Governor feels is important.
